LONDON (Dow Jones)--Invista European Real Estate Trust (IERE.LN) said Tuesday it has completed the sale of a 5,056 square meter warehouse property in Cabries, France, for a total consideration of EUR2.75 million, to local distribution company Transport Ottaviani. MAIN FACTS: -The total sale price reflects a 27.3% premium to the Company's March 31 independent property valuation. -The net proceeds from the sale will mainly be used to pay down debt to further de-leverage the Company. -Shares at 1235 GMT up 0.75 pence, or 3.5%, at 22.3 pence.
