LONDON (Alliance News) - Impax Environmental Markets PLC Friday said Julia Le Blan, a director at the company, bought 5,000 shares at GBP1.6 each on Thursday.
Following the transaction, Le Blan now holds 10,000 shares, or 0.005% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in Impax closed down 0.6% at 159.64 pence on Friday.
