LONDON (Alliance News) - Property regeneration company Harworth Group PLC Thursday said Finance Director Andrew Kirkman bought 50,000 shares at 92.15 pence each on Wednesday.
The purchase is Kirkman's only holding after being appointed last October.
The company also said Chief Executive Officer Owen Michaelson bought 15,000 shares at a price of 91.9 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Michaelson now holds 107,068 shares.
The stock was flat at 93.50p Thursday.
