LONDON (Alliance News) - HSS Hire Group PLC on Friday said Maria Bobillo, a person closely associated with Chief Executive Officer Steve Ashmore acquired shares in the equipment rental firm.
In a transaction on Thursday, Bobillo purchased 313,479 shares at a price of 31.9 pence each, worth GBP100,000.
Shares in HSS Hire were trading 9.7% higher on Friday at 35.10 pence each.
