LONDON (Alliance News) - HSBC Holdings PLC Wednesday said a number of directors, including Chief Executive Stuart Gulliver have acquired shares at USD9.9254 each under the bank's scrip dividend programme.
Gulliver acquired 46,792 shares, Wednesday, meaning his holding now stands just shy of 5.0 million shares.
Deputy Chairman Simon Robertson acquired 419 shares, taking his holding to 22,331 shares.
Chief Risk Officer Marc Moses acquired 23,272 shares, taking his holding to about 1.6 million shares.
Chief Operating Officer Sean O'Sullivan, Global Banking and Markets Chief Executive Samir Assaf, Global Private Banking Chief Executive Peter Boyles, Chief Legal Officer Stuart Levey, Global Commercial Banking Chief Executive Simon Cooper, as well as Retail Banking and Wealth Management Chief Executive John Flint also acquired shares.
Independent non-executive Directors Rona Fairhead, Jonathan Symonds, Sam Laidlaw, and John Coombe acquired a combined 1,885 shares.
Earlier, HSBC said Finance Director Iain Mackay acquired 18,302 shares, while Latin America and the Caribbean Chief Executive Antonio Losada acquired 1,468, both under the scrip dividend scheme.
