LONDON (Alliance News) - Haydale Graphene Industries PLC on Thursday said it has signed a development and supply deal with Tantec A/S, the plasma reactors manufacturer, and has ordered two further reactors from the company.
Under the two-year deal, for which Haydale did not provide any financial details, the pair will work on developing the functionalisation process in order to meet the specific needs of customers, both in terms of the quantity of materials and their functionality.
The first plasma reactor built by Tantec under the deal arrived in June and has been commissioned, meaning Haydale has now ordered further units.
"Having already commissioned our first Tantec reactor and established a track record of performance to date, we are confident in its engineering and build quality. As a result we have agreed an exclusive supply agreement and ordered two new units," said Ray Gibbs, Chief Executive Officer of Haydale.
Haydale shares were untraded on Thursday. The stock last traded at 73 pence.
