Gunsynd PLC - London-based investment firm - Raises GBP465,000 through the placing of 71.5 million shares at 0.65 pence each. Said the new cash will be used to maintain its 28% stake in Australian gold and base metals exploration firm Rincon Resources Pty Ltd as well as to pursue additional investments for its portfolio. Following admission, Gunsynd will have 238.4 million shares issued overall.
In June, the company raised GBP600,000 through the placing of 92.3 million shares at the same price.
