(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Greggs PLC - Chief Executive Roger Whiteside and associate Elizabeth Whiteside sell 17,050 shares at GBP20.98 and 88,557 shares at GBP20.88, both on Tuesday and together worth GBP2.1 million.

SSP Group PLC - London-based operator of travel food and beverage outlets - Non-Executive Director Judy Vezmar buys 16,050 shares at GBP3.37 and Richard Lewis, CEO of UK & Ireland, buys 8,000 shares at GBP3.33, both on Tuesday and together worth GBP80,787.

Centamin PLC - gold miner in Egypt - Non-Executive Director Catharine Farrow buys 30,000 shares at CAD1.84 and Non-Executive Director Sally Eyre buys 15,000 shares at CAD1.79, together worth about CAD82,000, about GBP47,000, on Tuesday in Toronto.

Elementis PLC - London-based speciality chemicals - Chair Andrew Duff buys 20,000 shares at GBP1.18, worth GBP23,640, on Tuesday.

GSTechnologies Ltd - Milton Keynes, England-based wireless, electronic cabling and security solutions for infrastructure development customers - Reports a series of share transactions among directors on Tuesday. Executive directors Jack Bai and Shayne Tan buy ordinary shares from Executive Director Raphael Teo and Garies Chong, who is chief executive officer of Singapore subsidiary EMS Wiring Systems Ltd. Bai buys 45.0 million shares at 2.0 pence, worth GBP900,000, with 25.0 million bought from Teo and 20.0 million from Chong. Tan buys 5.0 million shares at the same price from Chong. Following the transactions, Bai has 124.2 million shares, a 10.4% stake. Teo has 207.6 million, a 17.4% stake. Chong has 183.4 million, for 15.4% holding. The purchase is Tan's only holding.

Rainbow Rare Earths Ltd - rare earth metals projects in Burundi and South Africa - Chief Financial Officer Pete Gardner buys 200,000 shares at 15.23 pence, worth GBP30,460, on Wednesday. The purchase is his only holding, having joined Rainbow in May of last year.
