Golden Saint Technologies Changes Name To GSTechnologies

(Alliance News) - Golden Saint Technologies Ltd on Tuesday said it will be changing the company name to GSTechnologies Ltd.

Shares in Golden Saint were down 14% at 0.15 pence in early afternoon trading.

"The new name better reflects the nature of the company's main operating business, particularly in line with new opportunities in the ICT infrastructure market," said Golden Saint.

The information and communication technology company said the name change process is already completed and the name change is effective Wednesday this week.

On Wednesday last week, the firm posted a swing to a pretax loss of USD369,000 in its year ended end March 31 from a profit of USD304,000 the year prior due to the costs of its London Stock Exchange admission.
