LONDON (Alliance News) - Golden Saint Resources Ltd Thursday said it will take on board recommendations made by Rock Forage Consulting Services following their exploration report on its licences in Baja, Tongo and Moa, as it plans to progress its exploration activities.
Amongst the recommendations made in the report, Rock Forage said the potential for alluvial free gold in the basal gravels of the Woa River floodplain deposits need to be assessed more critically. In terms of the alluvial diamond potential, there is potential in the more inaccessible placer deposits in all three licences.
"These residual alluvial targets, of which at least the Woa River also offers alluvial free gold potential, need to be mapped accurately and then prioritised for determining their diamond content (grade) and diamond quality (revenue)," Rock Forage said in the report.
"The company is pleased to be in a position to progress with its exploration activities following delays caused to its operations as a result of the Ebola crisis. The recommendations made within the Exploration Report, written by Rock Forage following their site visit to our licence areas will be taken on board by the company as it progresses with its strategy over the coming months and into the dry season where such recommendations can be fully implemented," said Chief Executive Officer Cyril D'Silva in a statement.
Shares in Golden Saint are down 14% at 0.0601 pence Thursday morning.
