Dow Jonesindustrial average e-mini futures were down 0.16 percentat 17,675, S&P 500 futures were down 0.18 percent at2,057 and Nasdaq 100 futures were down 0.11 percent at4,324.75.

** COHERUS BIOSCIENCES INC, Tuesday close$30.58, -3.04 pct premarket

The biotech company priced its offering of 4.1 millionshares at $29 each, a 5 pct discount to stock's Tuesday close.The upsized $120 million offering represents 12 percent of thecompany's outstanding shares as of Feb. 28.

** CHESAPEAKE ENERGY CORP, Tuesday close$14.16, +2.40 pct premarket

The oil and gas producer's Chairman Dunham Archie bought 1million shares at $13.98 per share on March 27, according to aregulatory filing on Tuesday. The purchase price represents a1.3 percent discount to the stock's Tuesday close. After thepurchase, Archie holds 2.6 million shares of the company.

** DELTA AIR LINES INC, Tuesday close $44.96, -2.29pct premarket

Analysts at Deutsche Bank cut ratings on airlines' stocks to"hold" from "buy", saying they expect disappointing earningsgrowth from international markets. The combination of a strongUS dollar, greater-than-expected capacity increases by non-USairlines, and decelerating global GDP growth are likely tofurther pressure Deutsche Bank's forecast (from internationalmarkets) for 2015, analysts write in a note.

** MACERICH CO, Tuesday close $84.33, -5.02 pctpremarket

** SIMON PROPERTY GROUP INC, Tuesday close $195.64

Simon Property Group scrapped its attempt to buy Macerichafter the smaller shopping mall owner rejected its sweetenedoffer of $23.2 billion including debt. Macerich Chief ExecutiveArthur Coppola said the company's board concluded that the offerdid not reflect the full value of the company.

** GLAXOSMITHKLINE PLC, Tuesday close $46.15, +1.41pct premarket

** MERCK & CO INC, Tuesday close $57.48, -0.23 pctpremarket

Cowen & Co analysts said the drugmaker's vaccine totreat shingles may be more effective than Merck's. Glaxo'svaccine HZ/su should be well positioned to capture market sharefrom Merck's Zostavax if final data from a late-stage studyshows HZ/su has better efficacy while treating older patients,analysts said.

** NUVASIVE INC, Tuesday close $45.99, -5.37 pctpremarket

The medical device maker said Chief Executive Office AlexLukianov resigned after an independent investigation showed hehad not complied with the medical device maker's expensereimbursement and personnel policies. NuVasive has appointedboard member Greg Lucier as interim CEO.

** EVERYWARE GLOBAL INC, Tuesday close $1.2, -76.67pct premarket

The marketer of tabletop and food preparation products saidit expects to file for prepackaged bankruptcy that will give itssecured lenders control of the company after it emerges from thebankruptcy. EveryWare said it expects to file for a prepackagedChapter 11 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for theDistrict of Delaware and expects to emerge from bankruptcywithin 60-75 days.

** DYAX CORP, Tuesday close $16.755, +49.33 pctpremarket

The drug developer said its experimental drug, DX-2930, toprevent hereditary angioedema attacks, was found effective in anearly stage study. The drug was also assigned fast-track statusby the U.S. FDA. All seven analysts covering the stock raisedprice targets, saying the strong results show the drug couldeclipse the current standard-of-care preventive treatment forHAE.

** UTI WORLDWIDE INC, Tuesday close $12.3, -14.55pct premarket

The logistics company reported a wider-than-expectedfourth-quarter loss, hurt by lower air and ocean freightforwarding yields and lower volumes in freight forwarding. Thecompany also cuts its 2016 adjusted EBITDA forecast to $125million-$150 million from $190 million-$210 million and saidrevenue would be hurt by the strengthening of the dollar.

** SYNNEX CORP, Tuesday close $77.25, -4.21 pctpremarket

The hardware distributor forecast second-quarter revenue andadjusted profit below analysts' average estimates, sayingrevenue is expected to be lowered by about $130 million due tothe stronger dollar. The company on Tuesday also reportedlower-than-expected first-quarter profit and revenue.

** HEWLETT-PACKARD CO, Tuesday close $31.16, +1.67pct premarket

The computer maker has lodged a claim in London againstMichael Lynch and a former colleague for damages of about $5.1billion over their management of Autonomy, the company it boughtin 2011. Lynch will counter sue, seeking in excess of 100million pounds ($149 million) for loss and damage caused by HP'saccusations, his representatives said in a statement on Tuesday.

** SEARS HOLDINGS CORP, Tuesday close $41.38, +8.72pct premarket

The struggling retailer said it would raise more than $2.5billion by selling stores to a real estate investment trust itis setting up, in the latest move to shore up its finances. Thecompany would set up a REIT, Seritage Growth Properties, whichwill buy and lease back about 254 Sears and Kmart stores. Searswill also form a joint venture with mall operator General GrowthProperties under which it will sell 12 stores to the JVfor a 50 percent stake and $165 million in cash.

** CYREN LTD, Tuesday close $3.03, +4.29 pctpremarket

The Israeli cyber security software maker said it received acontract from a UK-based JV between Mitsubishi Heavy IndustriesLtd and Siemens AG.

** VOLTARI CORP, Tuesday close $1.01, +179.21 pctpremarket

Billionaire investor Carl Icahn raises his stake in thedigital advertising company to 52.3 percent. Icahn bought about4 million Voltari shares at $1.36 each via a rights offering.

** MYLAN NV, Tuesday close $59.35, -1.53 pctpremarket

** ABBOTT LABORATORIES, Tuesday close $46.33

The generic drug maker priced an offering of 35 millionshares at $58.35 per share, a discount of about 2 percent to thestock's Tuesday close. All shares in the offering are to be soldby Abbott Laboratories for net proceeds of about $1.99 billion.

** KINDER MORGAN INC, Tuesday close $42.06, +0.43pct premarket

Canada's Keyera Corp and midstream company KinderMorgan plan to build 4.8 million barrels of new crude oilstorage in the marketing hub of Edmonton, Alberta, the twocompanies said on Tuesday.

** CONSOL ENERGY INC, Tuesday close $27.89, +0.32pct premarket

CNX Coal Resources LP, Consol Energy's thermal coal businessformed as a master limited partnership, filed for an initialpublic offering with U.S. regulators on Wednesday, as Consolshifts focus to boosting natural gas production.

** GENERAL ELECTRIC CO, Tuesday close $24.81, -0.36pct premarket

The U.S. conglomerate will commit to financing a new naturalgas plant in Puerto Rico under a debt restructuring planproposed by creditors of the island's struggling power utility,according to plan documents obtained by Reuters.

** SPRINT CORP, Tuesday close $4.74, +0.84 pctpremarket

A plan to salvage RadioShack Corp's business byco-branding most of its 1,740 surviving stores with cellularphone provider Sprint earned U.S. bankruptcy court approval onTuesday, ending four days of contested court hearings.

** TECK RESOURCES LTD, Tuesday close $13.73, +0.51pct premarket

The mining company on Tuesday poured more coldwater on speculation it was in talks to merge with or acquire arival mining company, saying although it had looked atopportunities none have met its criteria.

** LOCKHEED MARTIN CORP, Tuesday close $202.96

The Pentagon's No. 1 defense equipment supplier said itexpected to complete a contract in the coming months to supplyan undisclosed number of PAC-3 missiles to South Korea,following Monday's announcement by that country's defenseacquisition agency.

** CARPENTER TECHNOLOGY CORP, Tuesday close $38.88

The alloys maker said on Tuesday that it will cut about 10percent of its salaried workforce, or 200 jobs, to reduce costsamid weak oil and gas prices. The company will also cut about 60outsourced positions.

** CAMBREX CORP, Tuesday close $39.63

Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC started coverage of the drugingredient manufacturer with a "buy" rating and price target of$50. Analysts say Cambrex is one of the top 10 contractmanufacturers of small molecule active drug ingredients, amarket they value at over $50 billion with mid-single digitvolume growth. They also expect the company's earnings per shareto double by 2017.

** OFG BANCORP, Tuesday close $16.32

Guggenheim cut its rating on the Puerto Rico-based lender'sstock to "neutral" from "buy".

** CYRUSONE INC, Tuesday close $31.12, +0.80 pctpremarket

** CINCINNATI BELL INC, Tuesday close $3.53

The data center REIT's former parent Cincinnati Bell halvedits stake through a follow-on offering. CyrusOne said it wouldissue 12.2 million shares of common stock to buy an equal amountof Cincinnati Bell's operating partnership units. The offeringwill cut Cincinnati Bell's stake to 22 percent if the full shoeis exercised, and increase the common shares outstanding toabout 53 million.

** ECHO GLOBAL LOGISTICS INC, Tuesday close $27.26

BB&T Capital Markets cut its rating on the logisticscompany's stock to "hold" from "buy".

** GODADDY INC

The web hosting company has priced its initial publicoffering at $20 per share, above its previously indicated $17 to$19 per share range, valuing it at around $4.5 billion,including debt, according to underwriting sources.
