Greencoat Renewables PLC - renewable energy company with offices in London and Dublin - Agrees to acquire 89.6 megawatts Cordal wind farm in Country Kerry, Ireland, from Cubico Sustainable Investments, a renewable energy investor. Says the wind farm consists of 28 3.2 megawatts turbines from GE Power, which will continue managing the operations and maintenance contract. Notes the acquisition is being funded by Greencoat's existing revolving credit facility and is expected to close in April.
