Trinity Exploration & Production PLC - oil assets in Trinidad and Tobago - Reports the sudden death of Bruce Dingwall, executive chair, on Tuesday. He founded Trinity in 2005, following the acquisition of Venture Production PLC's Trinidadian assets, and became executive chair in 2013. Senior Independent Director Nicholas Clayton is acting as interim non-executive chair while Managing Director Jeremy Bridglalsingh continues to lead the executive management team.

Ted Baker PLC - London-based clothing retailer - Hires Fumbi Chima and Meg Lustman as independent non-executive directors with immediate effect. Chima is currently executive vice-president & chief information officer at BECU, the US-based credit union. He previously served in similar roles at Adidas AG, Fox Network Group and Burberry Group PLC. Lustman is a former chief executive of clothing retailer Hobbs Ltd.

Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Ltd - invests in economic infrastructure debt - Confirms appointment of Sarika Patel as non-executive director with immediate effect, following unanimous election at the annual general meeting. Patel is a non-executive director of Aberdeen Standard Equity Income Trust PLC. She also is a board member of the Office for Nuclear Regulation.

TI Fluid Systems PLC - manufacturer of fluid carrying components, and fuel tank and delivery modules for light vehicles - Appoints Julie Baddeley as independent non-exec director. Baddeley is currently senior independent director at Marshall of Cambridge Ltd. She has previously served in both executive and non‑executive roles at companies including Greggs PLC, Chrysalis VCT PLC and Camelot Group PLC.
