EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Greencare Capital chair retires after May promotion

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Greencare Capital PLC - invests in medicinal cannabis sector - Nick Lee steps down as non-executive chair, ahead of annual general meeting on Tuesday. Lee was promoted to chair only in May. He will retire from the board "to spend more time on his other business interests" but will remain as a consultant to ensure a transition. Greencare "has initiated a review of its senior management requirements, and will make further announcements in due course." Greencare listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange at the end of 2019.

Alliance Pharma PLC - Chippenham, Wiltshire-based distributor of consumer healthcare brands and prescription medicines - Hires Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc executive as independent non-executive director. Kristof Neirynck is chief marketing officer for Global Brands at the pharmacy chain and will join the Alliance Pharma board on December 1.

Westminster Group PLC - Banbury, Oxfordshire-based security and services contractor - Hires Simon Barrell as non-executive director, starting on Thursday. Barrell, an accountant, is currently a non-executive director of fellow AIM listings SRT Marine Systems PLC and Grafenia PLC.

Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Ltd - invests in economic infrastructure debt - Hires Sarika Patel as non-executive director, starting after the annual general meeting on August 4. Patel is a non-executive director of Aberdeen Standard Equity Income Trust PLC. She also is a board member of the Office for Nuclear Regulation.
