Gemfields Group Ltd - London-headquartered gemstones supplier - Appoints Kieran Daly as alternate director to Non-Executive Director Patrick Sacco. Daly is a mining engineer and investment banker. He is an executive director of Assore Holdings Pty Ltd, the ultimate holding company of Assore International Holdings Ltd, which has 27% stake in Gemfields. Sacco is the managing director of Assore International Holdings.
