LONDON (Alliance News) - GCP Infrastructure Investment Ltd said it has raised GBP70 million through the placing of 61 million new shares at a price of 114.75 pence.
Shares in GCP Infrastructure are trading down 0.6% at 116.00 pence Wednesday morning.
The company said the placing was part of its placing programme to allow it to take advantage of "a number of attractive immediate investment opportunities."
