(Alliance News) - GAN PLC said Tuesday it has seen its online bets in Italy rise sharply.
Shares in the internet gambling software firm were 6.6% higher in London on Tuesday at 141.79 pence each.
In the year to date, GAN has processed over 306 million online bets in Italy, 8.5% higher than the 282 million recorded in the same period the year before.
"Following imposition of certain measures on February 23, 14% more online bets have been processed year-on-year via GAN's technology platform in Italy during the following 14 days. The company has seen these trends continue into March," GAN said.
