LONDON (Alliance News) - Falanx Group Ltd Tuesday said its new Chief Executive Officer Stuart Bladen his first shares in the company.
Bladen bought 310,000 shares at a price of 7.25 pence per share on Monday, which is his only holding.
The cyber security software company in October said Bladen had been appointed its new CEO with immediate effect. Bladen is the former executive chairman of Vistorm Ltd, a UK-based managed security and networking services provider which is now part of US technology group Hewlett-Packard Enterprise.
The stock was down 2.1% at 7.10p Tuesday.
