LONDON (Alliance News) - FastForward Innovations Ltd on Wednesday said it has completed a GBP2 million investment in medical cannabis firm EMMAC Life Sciences Ltd.
All regulatory filings are complete, and all conditions to the 6.7 million share subscription at 30 pence per share have been satisfied.
The subscription is therefore concluded, with technology investor FastForward now holding a 2.6% interest in EMMAC.
EMMAC is a European medical cannabis company that seeks to combine scientific research with cannabis production and cultivation. EMMA is focused on producing and supplying medical cannabis, as well as hemp and other derivative products.
Shares in FastForward were up 1.3% at 10.38p on Wednesday.
