** Earlier Chinese onshore markets fell sharply bringinglosses on key benchmarks to over 20 pct over 2 wks as unwindingof margin positions sent stocks reeling

** Units of Fidelity's China Special Situations fund down 6.9 pct in good volumes and worst performer on theUK mid-cap index

** Units of another investment trust -- JPMorgan's Chinafund -- fell 5.6 pct and were the 2nd worst performerson the UK small-cap index
