LONDON (Alliance News) - Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Officer Phil Blundell and Chief Technology Officer Steve Rothwell sold 50,000 and 100,000 ordinary shares, respectively, at a price of 235 pence each Monday.
Following these transactions, Blundell's beneficial interest consists of 260,976 shares, representing 1.18% of the shares in issue, while Rothwell's beneficial interest is 1.6 million shares, representing a 7.28% stake.
Shares in the retail and hospitality digital marketing platform were down 1.7% at 235.00p Tuesday.
