LONDON (Alliance News) - Empiric Student Property PLC said Monday its chief executive, chairman, chief financial officer and two non-executive directors have made share purchases and upped their stakes in the company.
The company said Chief Executive Paul Hadaway bought 156,285 shares at a price of 107.5 pence per share on Monday, with Hadaway now holding 1.3 million shares in Empiric Student Property.
Empiric Student Property added Chairman Brenda Dean purchased 14,785 shares at a price of 107.5 pence per share on Monday, and now holds 48,285 shares in the company.
Chief Financial Officer Michael Enright bought 104,999 shares at a price of 107.5 pence per share on Monday, with Enright now holding 749,999 shares in Empiric Student Property.
Empiric Student Property said Non-Executive Director Jim Prower purchased 14,175 shares at a price of 107.5 pence per share on Monday, taking his total holding to 37,935 shares.
Non-Executive Director Stephen Alston bought 10,751 shares at a price of 107.5 pence per share on Monday, taking his total holding to 37,051 shares.
Shares in Empiric Student Property closed flat at 108.50 pence on Monday.
