LONDON (Alliance News) - Empiric Student Property PLC said Chief Executive Officer Paul Hadaway bought 47,000 shares at a price of 105.25 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Hadaway now holds 1.3 million shares, or a 0.27% stake in the student accommodation investor.
The purchase comes in addition to the 43,515 shares shares Hadaway bought in the company on Thursday, at 105.00p per share.
The stock was up 1.0% at 105.00p Friday.
