EQTEC PLC - technology for waste gasification to energy projects - Raises GBP10 million through placing of 2.00 billion shares and PrimaryBid offer of 222.2 million shares at a price of 0.45 pence each. Funds to go towards working capital, accelerate the timing of certain projects, using RDF in the UK and Ireland, and Biomass in Europe, and sign partnerships with potential investors in the US. Now has 1.37 billion shares issued overall.

Current stock price: 0.48 pence

Year-to-date change: more than double from 0.18p
