Non-executive directors Carl Hughes and John Winterman will also step down on the same date.

EnQuest PLC - oil and gas production in UK North Sea and Malaysia - Chief Executive Amjad Bseisu purchases 442,189 shares at a price of 25.3 pence each, totalling GBP111,873.82 on Wednesday and 720,625 shares at 24.9p each on Thursday, worth GBP179,435.63. Both purchases were made via investment vehicle Double A Ltd. Bseisu's total shareholding was not disclosed.
