Clarkson PLC - London-based shipping company - Non-Executive Director Peter Backhouse sells 1,500 shares at an average price of 2,325.5 pence each, totalling GBP34,883. The sale was completed through two transactions on Thursday last week and on Monday. Following this transaction, Backhouse has an interest over 10,912 shares, representing 0.04% stake.

4imprint Group PLC - promotional merchandise company - Non-Executive Director Christina Southall buys 1,000 shares a price of 1,794p on Monday. Following this GBP17,940 transaction, the total interest of Southall is 3,000 shares, representing 0.01% holding.

Greencoat UK Wind PLC - investment firm - Chair Shonaid Jemmett-Page buys 30,534 shares at a price of 131p each, totalling, GBP40,000. Jemmett-Page's holding following this transaction, which was completed on Thursday last week, was not reported. In addition, Non-executive Director Lucinda Riches acquires 50,000 shares at the same price, worth GBP65,500. This transaction was also completed on Thursday last week and Riches's resulting holding was not reported.

Energean PLC - oil & gas exploration and production company - OilCo Investments Ltd, which is closely associated with Director Efstathios Topouzoglou, bought GBP112,600 worth of shares in two separate transactions on Friday last week. The associate purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 566p each and 10,000 shares at 560p each. OilCo Investments also acquired GBP441,700 worth of shares in two transactions on Monday. 30,000 shares were purchased at a price of 554p each and a further 50,000 shares were bought at 551p each. OilCo Investments' holding following these transactions was not reported.
