(Alliance News) - Energean Oil & Gas PLC on Tuesday said Group General Counsel & Company Secretary Russell Poynter sold 2,222 shares at GBP9.672 each.
Poynter's holding after the GBP21,491 deal, which took place on Friday last week, was not disclosed.
On Monday last week, Energean announced the USD280 million sale of Edison Exploration & Production SpA's UK and Norwegian assets to Neptune Energy Group Holdings Ltd.
The asset sale depends upon Energean completing its up to USD850 million acquisition of Edison Exploration & Production, which includes a USD100 million contingent consideration.
Shares in Energean closed down 2.0% at 935.00 pence in London on Tuesday.
