IN BRIEF: Ethernity Raises GBP880,000 Via Placing And Broker Option

Ethernity Networks Ltd - the Israel-based network processing technology company - Says the broker option, a facility to allow existing shareholders to participate in the fundraising, has been fully subscribed. The broker option has raised GBP100,000 at a price of 12 pence per share through the issue of 833,334 new shares. This brings the total amount raised under the fundraising and broker option to GBP880,000, before expenses. Following admission, Ethernity Networks' enlarged issued share capital will be 40.0 million shares.

Current stock price: 13.40 pence

Year-to-date change: down 69%

Ethernity signs supply contract with European OEM

(Sharecast News) - Data processing technology company Ethernity Networks has signed a contract with a global wireless original equipment manufacturer (OEM) based in Europe to supply its 'ENET 4840' 40Gbps FPGA system-on-chip (SoC), it announced on Tuesday, with support for carrier ethernet switching, wireless bonding, and IPSec security.
