LONDON (Alliance News) - Cinema company Everyman Media Group PLC said Thursday that Executive Director Adam Kaye bought 30,000 shares in the company in two deals on Tuesday and Wednesday.
On Tuesday, Kaye acquired the first 27,500 shares at 199.44 pence for GBP54,846. He then bought a further 2,500 shares at 200.0p for GBP5,000 on Wednesday.
Following the acquisitions, worth GBP59,846 in total, Kaye owns 5.2 million shares in the firm, representing a 7.28% stake.
