LONDON (Alliance News) - ECR Minerals PLC said Monday it will "shortly" commence a further drilling programme in Victoria, Australia, on the Black Cat prospect.
Last week, the company reported the start of a gold-focused drilling programme in Victoria. The new drilling will be additional to to the 4,000 to 6,000 metres reverse circulation drilling across two project areas, Creswick and Bailieston.
Rock-chip samples at Black Cat have returned "encouraging grades", up to 11.3 grams per tonne of gold, the company added.
ECR shares were trading flat at 0.80 pence in London on Monday.
