LONDON (Alliance News) - Eco Animal Health Group PLC said Chief Executive Marc Loomes sold 358,000 shares at 500 pence each on Tuesday. His total holding has not been disclosed following the deal worth GBP1.8 million.
Global Sales Director Andrew Buglass sold 28,450 shares at a price of 500 pence per share and Teresa Buglass, a close associate of his, sold an additional 6,550 shares at the same price on the same day.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Andrew and his associated persons now hold in the company following the GBP175,000 deal.
Non-Executive Director Anthony Rawlinson sold 60,000 shares, also at 500 pence, for a GBP300,000 total. Marc Coulier, global marketing director at Eco, sold 12,500 shares at that same price for GBP62,500. Neither Rawlinson nor Coulier disclosed their total holding following these deals.
Shares in Eco Animal Health closed at 505.00p on Tuesday.
