Dotdigital Puts Temporary Team In Place As CEO Recovers From Surgery

LONDON (Alliance News) - Dotdigital Group PLC Friday said it has put in place an interim leadership structure whilst its Chief Executive Officer Simone Barratt recovers from surgery.

Barratt underwent surgery early in January, which was successful. However, as part of the recovery process she is unable to travel to the office. Whilst Barratt will remain involved in the business and participate remotely, Chief Financial Officer Milan Patel will be interim chief executive as well as CFO, dotdigital said.

Patel will be supported by Chief Operating Officer Sharon Head and Chief Technology Officer Steve Shaw. Additionally former Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive Director Peter Simmonds will return to support Patel one day a week.

Shares dotdigital were up 1.6% at 49.80 pence Friday morning.
