LONDON (Alliance News) - dotDigital Group PLC said a trust set up by its Non-Executve Chairman Frank Beechinor-Collins sold 99,194 shares in the company at a price of 33.5 pence on July 15.
The software company said that following the disposal, the combined interest in dotDigital of Beechinor-Collins and the Curra Trust is 200,000 shares.
dotDigital shares were down 0.7% to 33.50 pence on Friday.
