(Alliance News) - Derwent London PLC said Non-Executive Chair John Burns sold shares in the property investment and development company in a transaction on Tuesday.
The stock was trading 0.5% lower on Wednesday in London at 3,316.00 pence a share.
Burns disposed of 90,183 shares at a price of 3,334.9p each, worth GBP3.0 million.
It has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Burns hold following this transaction.
