LONDON (Alliance News) - Dukemount Capital PLC said Tuesday it has been granted planning permission for an extension to be built on its second acquisition in north west England.
The property management company said the extension was requested by Inclusion Housing and by the care provider Lifeways Group, to accommodate an increase in rooms and to add office space on the property.
Dukemount expects the extension to enhance the value of the acquisition due to the increased rental payable on the property.
Dukemount shares were trading down 3.1% at 0.34 pence each.
