Crystal Amber Fund Ltd - activist fund investing in small and mid-cap UK equities - Investment adviser Crystal Amber Asset Management (Guernsey) Ltd buys 100,000 shares at GBP0.980 and GBP0.985, worth GBP98,250, on Wednesday. Juan Morera, an employee of Crystal Amber Asset Management, sells 50,000 shares at GBP0.985, worth GBP49,250, also on Wednesday. Crystal Amber AM continues to hold 7.1 million fund shares, an 8.5% stake.
