LONDON (Alliance News) - Countrywide PLC said Monday that Investec Asset Management Ltd upped its stake in the company to 12.50%.
Prior to the deal, Investec held a 5.75% interest in the estate agent.
Countrywide shares were trading down 1.2% at 11.50 pence each at midday Monday.
