Craneware PLC - Edinburgh-based provider of software for the US healthcare market - For the first four months of 2023 financial year, started July 1, reports continued momentum as it praises transition of customers to cloud version. "The group has continued to deliver a solid performance in the first four months of the new financial year, despite challenges remaining across US healthcare, as the market continues its slow recovery post pandemic," it says.

The firm adds: "The group has seen positive levels of cross-sales and competitive wins, benefitting from the increased breadth of offering, customer base, team and scale post the transformational acquisition of Sentry Data Systems and continues to successfully manage the impact of inflationary pressures on the cost-base."

Craneware in July 2021 bought Florida-based Sentry Data Systems Inc for around USD400 million.

Further, the company touts the appointment of Abhilesh Gandhi as its new Chief Technology Officer. He has over 20 years of engineering experience and led engineering teams in Missouri-based health information technology company Cerner Corp and Sentry Data Systems .

Current stock price: 2,016.50 pence, up 0.8% on Tuesday
