LONDON (Alliance News) - Collagen Solutions PLC on Thursday said it appointed Wade Rosen as non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Rosen joins the board of the biomaterial manufacturer following the completion of a strategic GBP4.2 million investment in Collagen by Rosen's Diversified, Inc, a US food production and agri-chemicals company.
He is a "successful" business leader and entrepreneur, Collagen explained, having funded two business-to-business technology companies, ThrivePass Inc, of which he is chair, and Wishlist Rewards LLC where he serves as director.
Rosen currently serves as a director and executive vice president at Scientific Life Solutions, a subsidiary of Rosen Diversified, and as a director of Flagship Biosciences Inc.
Collagen Solutions shares were trading 2.2% higher at 4.65 pence each.
