Micro Focus International PLC - Executive Chair Kevin Loosemore buys 64,400 shares at 763.28p, worth GBP491,552, on Thursday. Loosemore is stepping down as chair of the enterprise software firm on Friday next week. His replacement, Greg Lock, together with his wife Rosemary, had bought 184,300 shares, at 787.66, worth GBP1.5 million, on Tuesday.

Inspired Energy PLC - Praetura Ventures LLP, whose members include Non-Executive Chair Mike Fletcher, sells 6.6 million shares at 18p, worth GBP1.2 million, on Friday. Praetura now holds 4.5 million shares and has agreed to not sell again for 12 months.

accesso Technology Group PLC - Chief Executive Officer Steve Brown buys 198,000 shares at 390p, worth GBP772,200. Brown now holds 514,774 shares, 1.9% of total. The queueing and ticketing products maker last month hired Brown back to his old job; he had led the company from 2016 to 2018. "Today I made a further personal investment of USD1 million in accesso's shares, punctuating my confidence in the company's future and the opportunity offered to its shareholders" Brown said.

Valeura Energy Inc - Chief Executive Officer Sean Guest buys 100,000 shares at CAD0.365, worth CAD36,500, on Tuesday. Chief Financial Officer Heather Campbell buys 60,000 shares at CAD0.41, worth CAD24,600, and Director Russell Hiscock buys 20,000 shares at CAD0.42, worth CAD8,400, both on Thursday. All purchases were on Toronto Stock Exchange.
