Cambria Africa PLC - Zimbabwe-focused investment company - Says it will not be in a position to meet deadline of May 31 to annual results publish results. "Consequently, the trading in its shares will be suspended from 1 June 2021 until such time as the financial statements are published," says company. Expects net asset value per share at August 31, 2020 of USD1.18, down from USD1.32 at February 29, 2020.

Current stock price: 0.27p

Year-to-date change: up 3.9%
