LONDON (Alliance News) - The Character Group PLC said Friday that Chairman Richard King had undertaken a placing of 1,500,000 shares. These shares would represent around 6.51% of the company's total capital.
King retains a holding of 10.3% in the toy company. Its shares closed down 0.12 pence at 145.88 pence each Friday.
