DIRECTOR DEALINGS: C&C Chair And CFO Buy Amid Swing To Interim Loss

C&C Group PLC - Dublin-based cider and beer maker - Interim Executive Chair Stewart Gilliland buys 20,000 shares at GBP1.79, worth GBP35,773, on Wednesday. Chief Financial Officer Patrick McMahon buys 10,000 shares at the same price, also Wednesday. C&C on Wednesday posted a swing to loss for the first half of financial 2021 as the Covid-19 outbreak caused a significant reduction in revenue, but it noted an improvement in its September trading performance. No interim dividend was declared, compared to 5.50 euro cents a year prior.

Current stock price: 184.20 pence

Year-to-date change: down 55%
