LONDON (Alliance News) - Coca-Cola bottler, Coca-Cola HBC AG said Tuesday it will appoint Chief Executive Officer Zoran Bogdanovic an executive member of the board from June 11.
Bogdanovic was appointed CEO in December 2017, after joining the firm in 1996.
The board also proposed to give out a dividend of EUR0.54 per share. On approval at the company annual general meeting on June 11, the dividend will be paid on July 24.
Coca-Cola HBC AG shares were trading at 2,473.00 pence, up by 0.9%.
(Sharecast News) - Drinks bottling company Coca-Cola HBC reported "strong momentum" across all of its segments in its first half update on Thursday, with first half currency-neutral revenue growth of 23.1% on a like-for-like basis, and reported revenues ahead 14.7% to €3.25bn (£2.75bn).
