Capital Ltd - Mauritius-based drilling and mining services - Hires Giles Everist as chief financial officer, starting March 1. Everist replaces Andre Koekemoer, who has resigned to return to South Africa for personal reasons. Everist was CFO of Sydney-listed mining services firm Macmahon Holdings Ltd, among other roles in a 30-year career mostly in the international mining sector.

Wilmington PLC - London-based information, education and networking services - Hires William Macpherson as non-executive director and director responsible for worker representation, starting February 11. Macpherson was chief executive officer of technology training provider QA Ltd for more than a decade until 2019. Prior to that, he was CEO of Kaplan International, Financial Training Co and Wolters Kluwer Professional Training.

Jupiter Green Investment Trust PLC - invests in companies providing environmental solutions - Charlie Thomas leaves investment adviser Jupiter Asset Management Ltd to take on new role after 14 years as trust's fund manager. Jon Wallace, another fund manager at Jupiter, is appointed to be lead fund manager, having worked with Thomas on the trust since 2014.
