LONDON (Alliance News) - Capital & Regional PLC on Thursday said Rose Trust has acquired another 21,352 shares in the company for 66.99 pence per share.
The transaction took place on Wednesday, the same day the trust acquired 2,648 shares in the company for 66.5 pence per share and which the property developer disclosed on Wednesday.
Robyn Merrington, Non-Executive Director Louis Norval's daughter, is a beneficiary of Rose Trust.
Following the transaction Norval and his beneficial interests hold a total of 172.9 million shares in Capital & Regional, or a 24.67% stake in the company.
Shares in Capital & Regional were down 0.4% to 66.00 pence on Thursday.
