LONDON (Alliance News) - British Polythene Industries PLC said Chairman Cameron McLatchie and Financial Controller David Duthie exercised options under the company's savings related share option scheme for a price of 236 pence per share on Friday.
The company said McLatchie exercised 7,097 options bringing his total holding to 838,786 shares and Duthie exercised 2,555 options bringing his total holding to 76,361 shares in British Polythene.
British Polythene shares were up 0.4% to 670.5 pence Friday.
