HOUSTON, April 15 (Reuters) - BP Plc's 413,500 barrelper day (bpd) Whiting, Indiana, refinery was working to completethe restart of a 65,000 bpd gasoline-producing fluidic catalyticcracking unit shut since early March on Wednesday, sourcesfamiliar with plant operations said.
"It's running, but they're trouble-shooting to make surethere are no problems," said one of the sources.
The FCCU was knocked out of production in early March andwas quickly restarted, but problems developed in the unit'soperation and it was shut for repairs on March 8.
A BP spokesman declined to discuss operations at therefinery on Wednesday.
The 65,000 bpd FCCU is the smaller of two FCCUs at therefinery. (Reporting by Erwin Seba; Editing by Ted Botha)
