NEW YORK, May 9 (Reuters) - BP Plc is scheduled toshut down a crude unit and a fluid catalytic cracker Wednesdayat its 160,000 barrel-per-day refinery in Toledo, Ohio for up to70 days of planned maintenance, according to a two sourcesfamiliar with the plant's operations.
The work on the 110,000 bpd crude unit and the 55,000 bpdcatalytic cracker along with other units, which was previouslyreported by Reuters, is designed to help the refinery processmore acidic crudes.
