Trackwise Designs PLC - Tewkesbury, England-based company which produces products using circuit technology - Chief Financial Officer Mark Hodgkins buys 10,000 shares at price of 206 pence on Thursday, worth GBP20,600.

Bank of Cyprus Holdings PLC - Nicosia-based lender - Non-Executive Director Dinos Iordanou buys 50,000 shares at 91p each on Tuesday, worth GBP45,000. Iordanou was appointed to the board back in September, though this remains subject to European Central Bank approval.

Harworth Group PLC - Rotherham, South Yorkshire-based land regeneration company - Says Richard Bousfield, head of income, buys 46,635 shares at GBP1.5146 and 287 shares at GBP1.4974 on Tuesday, worth total of GBP71,063.
